Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ultra Power Site LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through label2go.com (the “Website”) and the Label2Go application at app.label2go.com (the “App”). Label2Go is a product of Ultra Power Site LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Information we collect

On the Website

  • Contact form: your name, email, company, phone (optional), topic and message.
  • Live chat: the messages you send and the information you choose to share in the chat.
  • Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected with cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
  • Technical data: IP address and request logs used to run and protect the Website. For spam protection we keep a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself.

In the App

  • Access requests: company name, contact name, email, phone, website, monthly shipping volume, message and IP address.
  • Account data: user names, emails, passwords (stored in hashed form), roles and company profile.
  • Carrier account data: your UPS and FedEx account numbers and the access tokens or API credentials needed to create shipments with your carrier accounts.
  • Shipping data: sender and warehouse addresses, recipient names, addresses, phone numbers and emails, package details, products (SKU, weight, size, value), labels, tracking numbers and shipment history.
  • Billing data: subscription plan, billing period and payment status. Card and payment details are entered on Stripe’s payment pages and handled by Stripe; we only keep Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and never store card numbers.
  • Support and logs: messages you send us and activity logs needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the App.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the App: create rates, labels, returns and tracking with your own carrier accounts, validate and autocomplete addresses, and send the shipping notifications you configure.
  • To review access requests and create and manage accounts.
  • To answer messages and provide support.
  • To process subscriptions and payments.
  • To understand how the Website is used and improve it.
  • To protect the Website and the App, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Recipient information you give us

When you create shipments, you give us information about your own customers (recipients). We process that information on your behalf, only to provide the App to you. You are responsible for having the right to share it with us and, when you use shipping notifications, to email your recipients. Those notifications are sent from notifications@label2go.com with your company name as the sender, and replies go to your company’s email.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Label2Go, and only as needed:

  • UPS and FedEx (and USPS when available), to quote rates, validate addresses and create shipments with your carrier accounts. Your use of those carriers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Hosting: Amazon Web Services (servers in the United States).
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • Google: Google Workspace (email), Google Analytics (Website usage), Google Maps Platform (address autocomplete in the App) and reCAPTCHA (spam protection on the access request form).
  • Live chat: tawk.to, on the Website and in the App.
  • Odoo S.A., the company behind the software platform the App is built on, which receives technical information about our installation, such as a database identifier and the number of users.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account, order, shipment and label data while your account is active. When you ask us to close your account, we delete your company’s data from the App, including orders, shipments, labels, products, carrier connections and users. Copies may remain in our backups for up to 30 days, copies of emails already sent may remain in our email systems, and Stripe keeps its own payment records. We may also keep information when the law requires it. Contact form messages and support conversations are kept as long as needed to answer them and for our records.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary: session cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies that help us understand Website traffic. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Live chat: tawk.to cookies that keep your chat conversation.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to close your account, or to stop using your information for a purpose, by writing to support@label2go.com. Depending on your state of residence (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are a recipient of a shipment created by one of our customers, please contact the business that shipped to you first; we will help them respond to your request.

9. Children

Label2Go is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for important changes, notify App users by email or in the App.
